Notes that they helped us build our own vegan queen with potatoes, beans, salsa, greens and tomatoes, and it turned out really good. They also have vegan bagel options, with vegan butter, jam and almond butter as spreads. The (yummy) energy bites are milk and ice-free but have honey. I wish they had vegan menu options and more vegan baked goods available. They are the only location in BV with a vegan baked article so far that I've found.

The food was excellent, and the service was impressive. My bagel was just right, and my partner loved her meal – it exceeded her expectations. I highly recommend this place for coffee and a quick snack!

I can't get enough of this Mount Princeton smoothie! Perfect taste and the right amount for a satisfying lunchtime. The Lox Bagel sandwich was also quite good and a real treat as I had not expected to see this on a menu. Keep the good work we love your food so much!

I absolutely love this restaurant! As a big breakfast enthusiast, I can confidently say that they consistently serve delicious food. I find it even better than Silver Llama in Leadville, especially when it comes to service. I had one of their bagel breakfast sandwiches along with a cold coffee, while my friend enjoyed a smoothie bowl and a cold coffee as well. He devoured his bowl so quickly that he immediately went back for a bagel with flavored cream cheese. My sandwich was nothing short of phenomenal—fresh and hot! The cold coffees we ordered weren't sweetened, but they came with sugar and cream on the side, which perfectly complemented the flavors. It was great to avoid any surprise sweetness! The decor is modern and vibrant, making it incredibly cute. I can't wait to return! Thank you for making our little anniversary celebration both beautiful and delicious! This has definitely become our new breakfast spot.

The staff was friendly, and there were plenty of healthy choices on the menu! I had a delicious Breakfast Bowl (with added avocados) and some drip coffee (though the espresso machine was out of service). I also grabbed a Canyon smoothie to sip on during our drive to Grand Lake. The service was quick, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the place was clean and beautifully decorated.
