Contribuiți la feedbackToday Monday, the stench of a backed up grease trap.toldthe Oriental manager about and of coarse, lied and said they clean everyday. Ok, I get it , lie to the customer.I ordered a few of the bold aka big earl kolaches.. Lie. Not big, these are hot. Dog. Size.Last time here . FK this place.Donut palace is down the street. At least they are a solid 2.Cigar Vault is cool. Robert is the best.Gives me a chance to recopy my 38 year old Recipes..
Great service and, of course, the doughnuts ? are yummy ?
Well aside from having nearly none of the kolaches on their menu available and the nearly 7 misspellings on their window flyers, it may have been the tray full of dead bugs next to the tip jar, or the dead bee pressed against the window in front of their We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service sign that really punctuated the disappointing stop. Needless to say, the health inspector needs to pay a visit, and seemingly, so do a few of their suppliers. Definitely a departure from the standard set by the Houston stores.
Rude. Food is nasty. The donuts are either raw or burnt. Koloches are never the same. Just don't recommend go to Austin or one of the small businesses
Staff couldn’t explain to me what was on the menu in English and very frustrated to understand them. Very rude and the manager quoted “we are very busy” but it was only me and one person in drive thru. I felt rushed and they didn’t take they time to talk and explain their items on the bored. Lack of communication with the staff because I asked for a chimphill or whatever but she claimed they was out but the manager said they wasn’t. Too much back and forth for old products and hard food. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL MANAGEMENT! The new management lack communication and customer service.
