Waddell's Longhorn Corral - Buckeye

This restaurant has undergone significant changes over the past 15 years. It used to be my favorite spot, but after my visit today (7/1/22), I will not be returning. The prices are outrageous, and the quality and quantity of food have declined. They've switched to a cash-only policy, which applies to all hours now, not just after 10 PM like before. Be cautious about ATM fees as well. There were many issues, and I ended up walking out without even eating. Even the waitstaff seemed unhappy and had nothing positive to say about the place. I hope the owner listens to long-time customers—some of whom have been loyal for 15 years—as well as the staff, and makes some necessary changes.

I had an amazing 16oz NY strip steak, paired with beer fries and onion rings. It was cooked perfectly to medium-well. The service was excellent, and I loved the three hours of free line dancing and two-step lessons. It turned out to be a fantastic Saturday night!

Definitely a fun spot! The bar food is pretty good. It was really crowded, and there weren't enough servers—I get it, though, since so many places are facing staffing shortages right now. The music is enjoyable, but it’s so loud that having a conversation is nearly impossible, and I ended up with a headache. Overall, it’s a fun place to hang out!

Cool bar. It just astounds me that children are allowed in here until 9pm. First time checking this place out and I'm trying to get my drink on because we'll it's a bar and I look over and there are ten year olds playing pool. It's the new aged chuck e cheese. Don't be surprised if your underage daughters get pregnant here.
