Papa Johns Pizza - Buckeye

I had the freshest pizza ever! It was incredibly tasty and delicious! The staff were friendly, and their creativity really shone through. I felt welcomed the entire time! I ordered a pizza topped with twirling and another with paprika, and my wobble pizza was outstanding! The freshness of the ingredients made it so satisfying, especially when you're really hungry! I hope to have a similar experience at other locations, but I will definitely make a stop here on my way out of Arizona. Thank you for such amazing pizza!

Order online and select the contact-free delivery option. total was correct on Saturday when I put the order first. today is Monday and my account is now negatiw, because a driver here decided to leave an additional $6 tip for himself on the top of the original total after I have already left a tip. I called him this morning and spoke to a manager who says she has to talk to another manager before I answer my question. it is now 3 on the afternoon I have heard nothing more. because of this experience I will not use my card anymore to make purchases on pizzerias and especially not on this location. I am very disappointed as I have never had this problem with papa johns update: management contacted me a full refund. I am satisfied that I have received all my money for the order, but I can never order from this place after this incident. as it turned out, the driver has given himself an additional $6 from my account. I'm sure it wasn't the first time

I have put an order for a single extra large pizza. Sure, it's my fault for taking that I would have delivered the pizza within 45 minutes on a Friday night. but wishful thinking and the website said 61-71 minutes after the order. we approach 2 hours after the order. I called an update 15 minutes ago, and they said the driver left 5 minutes before the call. I have just checked the "track my order" function and they are still at least 15 minutes away. I was offered only 50% of my current order. I will update this review if they decide to compensate for the complete order for the inconvenience. update: pizza was composed just because I asked to get the wrong and cold pizza. So, at least we have free pizza, thank you.

We haven't had Papa Johns in years and won't be having it again anytime soon. There are barely any toppings on these at all and what there are, are all in the center. Slow down and do things right, you weren't that busy.

I've been a fan of Papa Johns since 1994, but this visit was THE WORST in my experience.I had to wait approximately a half hour to place my order because the young lady at the register and phone didn't seem to know what she was doing, and instead of asking for help she twice walked away to the back of the store with a look of lost confusion.The 2 small pies that I ordered were right off the menu board with no special requests other than thin crust, yet she had difficulty inputting the order into the computer terminal, and according to the listed prices, I was charged a additional $2.05 before taxes
