Brasserie Cotroceni - Bucharest

Nimic special în legătură cu acest loc cu excepția serviciului slab. Chelnerii îți aduceau mereu altceva decât ce comandasem.

Mi s-a recomandat, iar dacă intri, prima impresie este bună. Un restaurant nou, bucătărie italiană, pare curat, meniul pare destul de cuprinzător. Dar aici s-a oprit... Restaurantul era gol (ora prânzului), ospătărița care ne-a servit nu s-a grăbit să preia comanda. Nu părea în grabă. Am comandat un aperitiv din Bresaola cu rucola și parmezan. Când am primit, nu era parmezan și mi s-a spus că nu aveau deloc. Mi s-a spus că livratorii nu au adus nimic. Aș fi putut înțelege asta dacă cel puțin ospătarul (în acest caz paznicul) părea să fie stresat, o scuză, o băutură gratuită, orice oferă. Ceea ce ne-a deranjat pe mine și pe clienții mei cel mai mult a fost faptul că ospătărița noastră părea să nu îi pese. Fără parmezan, ce se întâmplă? Face parte din rețetă, dar totuși nu e un lucru mare, nicio scuză. Am comandat un risotto ca fel principal, a trebuit să-l avem fără parmezan. Când am întrebat despre meniul de desert, în loc să ni-l aducă, ne-au spus că unele dintre lucrurile de pe el nu ar fi disponibile. În timpul prânzului, cu doar 2-3 mese... Nu am întrebat de ce. Desigur, nu vom mai reveni acolo.

Locul arată bine, dar serviciul este slab. Prețurile nu sunt foarte mari, dar porțiile sunt mici și nu prea delicioase. Înăuntru este puțin rece. Nu m-aș întoarce. De asemenea, am comandat piept de curcan și mi s-a adus piept de pui obișnuit... Nu aș crea vreo scenă, dar asta nu demonstrează niciun respect pentru client.

Was recommended to me and when you walk in, the first impression is good. New restaurant, Italian cuisine, looks clean, menu looks quite comprehensive. But it stopped here... The restaurant was empty (lunch time), the waitress serving us was not in a rush to take the order. Did not seem in a rush at any time actually. I ordered a starter of Bresaola with rocket and parmesan. When I got it, there was no parmesan and I was told there wasn't any at all. I was told the delivery guys did not bring any. One could understand this, if at least the waiter (waitress in this case) seems to be bothered, offers an apology, a free drink, anything. What bothered me and my customer most, was the fact that our waitress did not seem to care. No parmesan, what's the big deal? It is part of the dish, but still no big deal, no apology. We had risotto for main, had to have that without parmesan too. When we asked for the dessert menu, instead of bringing it to us, we were told some of the things that would be on it - only half were not available. During lunch with only 2-3 tables occupied... Did not ask why anymore. Needless to say we won't be returning there.

The place looks nice, but the service is poor. The prices are not that high but the portions are small and not that tasty. Inside is a bit cold. I wouldn't come back. Also, I orderes turkey breast and I was given regular chicken breast...I didn't cause a scene but that shows lack of respect for the client.
