Cafe De Hallen - Brussels

The place is amazing. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved: lot of smell and things broken. They even charge you despite you’ve bought a drink in the cafe.

San Francisco vibe. Loved it. Had a beer here, was great. Very quiet and peaceful.

This is a very cool building. We happened upon it for a pint and stayed here to avoid the rain.

Wimpy blonde-headed server behind the bar completely ignored me and even took other orders from people behind me! He did not seem very bright. Must be prejudiced against Americans!

Paid for toilets. Official explanation is that they are public toilets for everyone and not just the pub, but then the pub has *no* toilets which is even worse. Other than that, okay pub, except for QR code orders which I dislike.
