Subway - Brownsville

In a week they forgot to put my Bratbeef in my wife's sandwich. Spoke to the manager would correct it. Today, 5 days later, during the lunch break, a foot of long roast beef went to work and opened my sandwich it had only 2 slices. Went back talked to the manager that she annoyed my sandwich and not even accused me of not being there for a free sandwich, just wanted to make my sandwich right. Honestly, no more expensive subway and Crapoy service could also try to compete.

Have no work in the hope to get a delicious sandwich since the hours near around 12 midnight. To my surprise waited for more than 10 minutes in the drive thru, as its nearly 11:20. According to another lap, there are no vehicles much less any signs of existence within. I guess this industry does not follow its own guidelines and guidelines. Very disappointed!

Ordered a 6 inch Sub, Italian Herb and Cheese which they didn’t end up having, asked for bacon on my sub when in drive tru. Came home took a bite automatically knew the bacon was raw and not even cooked. I don’t even care for the fact they didn’t have the bread I requested, but come on, uncooked meat. Also the employee was on his air pods, wonder what song he was listening to. Always loved Subway but this definitely lowered the standard.

The lady making our sandwiches had her hair down which I know that is not sanitary and when we told her what we wanted in our sandwiches she started tossing the stuff inside the bread without fixing it they have poor management everyone was lost didn’t know what they were doing
