Red Lobster Brownsville

Voi vorbi doar despre serviciu și mâncare și voi evita toate discuțiile despre cum am ajuns aici. Chelnerița noastră a fost plăcută și ne-a luat comenzile de băutură. I will only be discussing the service and the food, and will avoid discussing how we ended up at this restaurant. Our waitress was pleasant and took our drink orders. All of our meals were supposed to come with salads, but they had run out of romaine lettuce for the Caesar salads, which was the only salad option listed on the menu. We ended up with garden salads instead. The salads looked old and unappetizing. I ordered a steak and shrimp dish, but the cook forgot to prepare my shrimp and just left it on the plate. The steak, although this is not a steakhouse, was dry and tough. When I inquired about my shrimp, the waitress said it would only take 2 minutes, but it ended up taking nearly 15 minutes, by which time I had finished my meal. My friend ordered the lobster bisque soup, which tasted like it came from a can. One would expect a restaurant named Red Lobster to serve great lobster dishes. Our waitress never offered to refill our drinks, we had to ask each time. The restaurant was not even very busy. The manager, who was walking around throwing plastic cups in the air, never stopped by our table to inquire about our meal. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this restaurant.

My boyfriend had the lobster bisque soup, which tasted like it came from a can. We expected better lobster dishes from a restaurant named Red Lobster. Our server never offered refills on our drinks, and we had to ask each time. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the manager never came to check on our meal and passed our table multiple times. Overall, our experience was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this establishment.
