Nubleu - Brooklyn

We arranged a birthday brunch, but unfortunately, my croissants were cold and the earthy dishes didn't taste great. The same went for my grand French toast. However, the soup was excellent and the egg dishes were quite good. So, I would recommend ordering the eggs for brunch.

When we arrived at the restaurant at 7:15 PM, it was completely empty. We were greeted by a friendly waiter and enjoyed some tasty appetizers. However, we ended up waiting a long time for our main courses, despite the restaurant being nearly vacant. When our food finally arrived, my steak was overcooked and tough, while my partner's fish was served cold. I had requested my steak to be pink in the middle, but it didn't meet that expectation at all. Given the price we paid, we felt that the dinner was not worth it. It’s no surprise the place was so empty.

This restaurant boasts a beautiful ambiance, delicious food, and excellent service, all in an ideal location.

This place must be a drug front. we sat for 2 hours and didn't get our food. When it finally came out, it was disgusting. there was a waiter (a nice guy who fought) and clearly a cook in the kitchen cook every dish at a time. it was a completely empty restaurant in park slope on a Saturday night, so I think the people need to know that it has a bad call. I can't believe it's in business.

This is a very tough review to write because the place is so beautiful and in a perfect location. I desperately wanted it to succeed. This was my second visit and, while my first was not perfect, the place was still new at the time. This time however, the experience was a disaster. We arrived promptly for our reservation, which was a birthday celebration for my 22-year old daughter. For starters, we were the only table in the restaurant, so everything I am about to write occurred in a room that was empty on a weekend. The food took almost 45 minutes to be served. During that time, the waiter and hostess never came over to apologize for the delay or even offer us more bread or drinks. What became infuriating was when the food DID finally arrive, after multiple inquiries with the waiter and hostess, it was cold. AND, it was not served as the same time, so some of the guests had to wait an additional 10 minutes for their food. By the time we were all served, it almost didn't matter that the portions were small and salty. The damage was done and our intent was simply to finish our meal and leave. It was terrible to see a failure on such a massive scale. I feel terrible for the owners and workers here because the ambiance was so wonderful. However, I will never return.
