It?s bad enough paying $6.28 for 2 donuts and a 20 oz soda but, you don?t have to cheat me on my change?. This wasn?t the 1st time either?.

My gosh, this place has nothing in stock. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich at 10AM and when I went to pick it up, they told me they were out of sourdough. It was no big deal so I asked what bread they did have and they told me English muffins, andassorted bagels. I went with English muffins and then I find out later, they?re also out of that too. So I went with a bagel,which by the way they didn?t have much of either. I don?t understand how they?re already out of stock of everything that earlyin the morning. I?ve been to other Dunkin?s and they always have things in stock..

All the bad reviews and this place still hasn?t changed. Horrible staff who make even more horrible coffee.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, but the bread was not toasted, just warm, and the tomatoes inside were not roasted, just warm. I had to remove them from my sandwich. On top of that, I was mistakenly charged twice for my order. When I went to pick up my food, another staff member made me go back to the register and insert my debit card again, even though I had already paid. There was a lot of arguing between the staff in English and Arabic. I asked for a refund, but I ended up with my food in a mess. I couldn't return it as I had already paid for my train fare. I will never return to this location due to the unprofessional staff, expensive food, and bad customer service. The address is 6309 18th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11204.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever gone to in my life. Very nasty and rude employees who are disrespectful, they do not greet you into the store, and they are speaking another language to each other. I am never coming back to this Dunkin' Donutsand I recommend you not too.
