If you come here during lunch, just go ahead and prepare yourself for the attitudes.

The guy working the window cashier around 6PM deserves a raise and or promotion, he gave fantastically wholesome service and seemed pleased to be working. It is rare to see that nowadays and has honestly been an issue with this Jack's in particular. The African American fella working the drive thru changed my perspective on this location today.

The dinner time drive thru employee (female with blue and black braids) was extremely rude. I've had poor service at this location previously but this was awful. I went inside and spoke to the shift manager. She took my order (my sick son had requested a burger and milkshake specifically) then I left and went to Zaxby's across the road to get food for the rest of the family. At Zaxby's the service is always super friendly and the food is always excellent.
