Wendy's - BRONX

Whondys used to be so much better. now they are waiting for the journey through the line for 30 minutes or more. they get a lot of time wrong. they forget to put food in bags. the personal is busy when you command. food: 3/5

This location really needs to reevaluate its operations, as it doesn't live up to Dave Thomas' promise of using fresh ingredients. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal, and the moment I took a bite, I was met with a flavor reminiscent of rubber. It felt like I was chewing on a bizarre mixture of ligaments, veins, ground cartilage, and who knows what else. Disgusted, I spat it out and returned to the counter to politely explain my experience and request a replacement, ideally a burger since that's the hallmark of Wendy's. I hoped for a better outcome, but was shocked to discover they found yet another way to disappoint me. The burger I received was merely a lukewarm meat patty encased in cold bread, with pickles and tomatoes that added nothing to the experience. What a waste of my money.

Took forever to order, then they forgot half my order. Then I had trouble getting their attention from a line of people with the same problem. They finally got me and completed my order, but my food was all cold by that time, which kind of invalidated the whole trip. I won't be back to this one.

Using the Wendy's app I find to be very helpful when making your orders. But the kids each get to customize their sandwiches how they like them along with the $5 biggie bags are an extremely economical friendly option during these hard times that we're living in.

It's a Wendy's, so there's not much that sets it apart. The food was good; the fries were actually warm and crispy when I got them. It's always a reliable spot for a quick bite when I'm nearby. Food: 4/5.
