Starbucks - BRONX

Well my experience was great but probably because it wasn 't crowded at the time I went around 8:30 PM, the male cashier greet me nice and I asked him like 2 questions and he answered fine; first question was about the restroom ???? if they are neutral or individually and he respond They have only one bathroom ???? for both gender). My second question was about the coffees Which coffees are the least strongest) he said the Pikes coffee, so I find him very polite and helpful ????... After I took several pictures ???? They were about to close and they were cleaning up the store, some lights were already off but they were about 7 customers inside including myself and 3 drive-thru. He put my coffee in cup holder but started spilled on the top after I walked out of the store, I went back to ask him if he had something to cover the sip and he said First of all I 'm going to remove those lid cover and give you another one that was very nice. I kept taking pictures and writing He asked me few times If I needed anything else and I said no thanks but Overall the customer service was good based on my personal experience. Note?? My coffee ? didn 't taste fresh I had the Pikes coffee Black

Words cannot express how much I look forward to my morning Starbucks drive thru experience at this location.The morning drive thru staff is TOP NOTCH!! They make Starbucks feel like a comforting friendly mom n pop cozy coffee shop. Each member is polite, friendly, welcoming, courteous just down awesome! I NEVER go inside because I LOVE my interaction with the drive thru crew sooo much! They know me by name they know my order ??. They know exactly how I like my drink? Thank you Ronald, Janelle, Desi, Kimani, Qwanna, Luis of course my original fav Nik for making my mornings wonderfully joyful! Awful place. I?m honestly not a big star bucks person, but I work in the mall and in the morning it?s the closest thing to get. It?s very conveniently located and that?s the ONLY good thing about this location. Whether you order in store or mobile order it ahead of time, expect to wait 15 minutes for one or two simple items. The interior is always messy. The staff is SO disorganized it?s not even funny. And they ALWAYS get your order wrong. And then when one of the other staff members says something about it, they make excuses. Oh and they tend to give your food to the wrong person. They NEED to stop using peoples names and just use order numbers. That will help with the disorganization and then giving someone else your order and making you late for work. Fortunately there are two girls there that actually seem to care about the customers. There is this one black girl who works at the register is so sweet and helpful. Other than that, to hell with this place.

This starbucks is nice and clean, spacious space , doesn't make you feel cramp like some others starbucks. Sraffs are nice, friendly and working fast. So thumps up here. 10/18/22 I was order to pickup here but my mistake , I was choosing wrong location 2 miles away, but staff here are really kind When I told them they just make the order for me ?Thank you so much The best starbucks branch ever????
