The quality of the food, particularly the Crispy Chicken and Tenders, is excellent compared to other local establishments like Texas Chicken Burger. The prices are also more reasonable. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I experienced issues on multiple occasions with receiving the wrong order, which was due to a staff member mishearing my request. These communication errors from that same staff member detract from what would otherwise be a very satisfying experience.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The manager, MD, at the 204th location in the Bronx was incredibly professional and accommodating. He truly listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I am extremely satisfied with his service, and thanks to him, I will definitely return! I’ve had a wonderful experience every time I’ve ordered in-store, online, or through a food delivery app. The food has been fresh every single time. The staff members are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about upgrades and ways to save on costs. The manager is also very welcoming and trains his team to maintain the same friendly approach. This location is one of the best Popeyes I’ve ever ordered from. Keep up the excellent work!

I ordered a three piece chicken with Mac and cheese and frozen lemonade,the chicken was so dry and a thigh was only breading,the Mac and cheese was delicious and the frozen lemonade was good.

This is my first time I am writing review for any restaurant. I want to tell everyone to be careful when you are paying for your food. Sometimes they charged extra and refused to except their faults.Before you leave the store, please recheck your receipt.
