Las Palmas - BRONX

This is our favorite place for Mexican food. Having grown up in San Diego, I have a good understanding of what makes great Mexican cuisine, and after trying many places, I believe this one is the best. It's managed by wonderful people, and the staff is very attentive. The extensive menu covers all regions and categories of Mexican dishes, along with a fantastic selection of margaritas, ensuring there's something delicious for every palate.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I visited for lunch this week, and the service was terrible while the food was simply disgusting. The bartender didn’t know how to make a basic frozen margarita. When I complained that it didn’t taste good, she told me it was supposed to taste like fruit flavor and ice. She just blended mango flavor with ice and then poured the tequila mix around the edge of the glass. When I asked for a replacement, she refused. I then asked to speak with the manager, but they never came out to address the issue. Both the bartender and the manager declined to replace my drink. Why should I have to pay for something that wasn’t made correctly? To make matters worse, the bartender and waitress were extremely rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE if you want to avoid disappointment with your food and drinks!

My favorite Mexican restaurant in The Heights. The food is amazing, and the staff is fantastic. I absolutely love it!

There was only one waitress so she did what she can. Food was good, drinks was good and the music was great. Cumbias all night ?

They make you wait 2 hours Just to tell you the order is canceled but they do not notify you it’s canceled do not order from these people !!
