Dunkin' - BRONX

I don't understand why the handicapped door is locked; that definitely needs to be addressed. Additionally, when I visit the restaurant and make my payment, they often serve others their orders before mine.

I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, but there was only about a teaspoon of cream cheese on it. If you're going to charge for it, please add a decent amount. Only about one-fifth of the bagel had cream cheese. Shaking my head.

The service was mediocre; they got my order wrong, but at least the food was served hot.

Absolutely terrible. The rude lady took extremely long with each customer and had an attitude. Only one star because the Dunkin? recipe was not messed up. Thankfully, she ain?t the one making the donuts. I had to breakdown my order just to get served in areasonable timeframe. A customer returned their coffee and served a meal cold/frozen that should have been hot out the oven

I give it points for cleanliness and a nice seating area (no longer available after covid) but man they don't give a F about service or the food they make!!! The coffee tastes the worst out of every Dunkin' I've been to; tastes very burnt. And thingslike an iced macchiato or latte are all made wrong. Workers will touch a lot of things then go right to making food withoutchanging gloves and if you request they change it, even nicely, they suck their teeth and ignore you
