It's pointless to complain; you'll have to wait, but it's worth it.
I arrived and waited for about 5 to 10 minutes for a coffee. The staff at the gas station confirmed that Dunkin' Donuts was open. After waiting without any service, I decided to leave. As I was walking to my car, I noticed the person who should have been at the counter chatting with someone across the street.
It's a dunkin', does it need an explanation?
