Dunkin' - BRONX

Terrible staff. They don't provide refunds when they make mistakes. Instead, they try to compensate by offering you other items for their errors. When you ask for a drink to be prepared in a specific way, they ignore your request and still expect you to accept the drink. They always claim there's no manager on duty. I won't be returning.

This afternoon, the staff provided the worst service I've experienced at any Dunkin' Donuts. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They even served me raw bacon that wasn't cooked properly. I placed an online order and arrived within 10 minutes, but my order wasn't ready. I had to ask them for it, and there were no other customers inside at the time!

The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, there is still no indoor seating available due to COVID-19. However, the drive-thru is convenient.

Parking isn't ideal in this area. However, once you're inside, the service and food are excellent.
