Got the cream of chicken and rice soup. Delicious! Great service. Fast service. Did make a mistake with my drink, but corrected it immediately with an apology. Great job! I'll be back.

As a faithful parade of this place I have been disappointed for years about the customer service that has been shown to me since I have tried to fix a mistake of this restaurant. No one could help me, apparently no one was responsible, and several employees suspended the phone in the middle of me and when I called back, they refused to answer the phone. I asked if we could work together for a solution and was filled with the answer “I can’t help them” all this treatment that I endure about a hamburger. sometimes it's okay to do right from the customer. at the end of the day it is always better to keep a customer than lose after 10 years.

I know good help is hard to find. But it's a hot dog stand. What part of plain gyro no onions no tomatoes and 2 cups of sauce on side do you not understand? Frustrating, happens more often then I like.

Clearly states that they close at 6pm on Sundays. I called in at 5:25pm today (3/27/22) to order they said they weren’t taking anymore orders. Spoke to Jacob, who still denied to take my order I also asked to speak to a manager, and said that Fernando was not available.I called Bills Place a few minutes later who closes at the same time, and they didn’t give me any runaround, issues or excuses.Won’t spend any of my hard earned money at Lucky Dog anymore. This is a poorly run business. If you’re not taking orders 35 minutes before you close, then change your hours.Peace ?

I bought a very big, Tasty size gyro yesterday. The main problem is that their sauce taste like a cheap aldi thousand island sauce. It made the sandwich taste cheap. I enjoy plenty of original tzatziki sauce on my gyro. If you dont care for this Greek sauce, then Lucky dog makes the perfect big gyro for you.
