Juicy King Crab Express - Broad Channel

This is the place to go to if your craving a seafood boil! It's super clean. Sauce and seasoning is on point. A must try!

The price isn’t bad, but getting a bag of water and sea creatures wasn’t wha I expected. Barely any seasoning for the combo I did, creeped out by live lobster. Took a while to prepare, and the service isn’t friendly to queer disabled folks. I’ll be eating elsewhere.

Do not order the snow crab. When it arrived at my room it was inedible. Not only that, they know they are delivering to a hotel room but they give you nothing to crack the crab with. They are completely whole crabs. It took me a while to round up silverware, and by the time I did the crab tasted like Styrofoam, With almost no meat to be had. I don't know where they are getting these crabs but they do not taste like **** at all.. Really awful. I also got the popcorn shrimp and it was decent enough to keep me from starving until morning. But I would never go back to this place, extremely poor attention to detail, and just absolutely stupid to deliver this way- They do not care about what they are doing, and frankly it made me feel bad to have to throw away six crabs that gave their lives to be at this rat hole of a restaurant.

I ordered the catfish basket and this what i received. Uncooked catfish and greasy fries. I only gave them a star so i can write a review. When i called to complain the brushed off my concerns and told me to call door dash. I’m absolutely disgusted with the food and customer service
