Black Seed Bagels - Broad Channel

Placed order at incorrect location. Sent email on a Sunday night at 9 pm. Got a response my error was corrected, that night and credit received. Very impressed with response time. Very professional. Excellent customer service, not to mention the best bagels in NYC!

The bagels may be a little smaller and cost a little more than the other local bagel places, but they are just sooooo tasty and so fresh, often right out of the oven! Also, the coffee is always very good. The workers are always friendly. If it’s busy, there can be a wait, and I have gotten a few wrong orders (I am here a lot) but otherwise, this is a delightful stop after walking your dog in the park (for example) and you can often find a seat outside on a nice day.

Over rated place, I used to get my breakfast to this place since its on my way to walk my dog to the Hernandez park. Nothing special to this place and one morning this person by the casher I think woke up in the other side of the bed and bring her attitude to work. Never again I will spend my money to this place.

Ordered the classic lox bagel, toasted and it came without capers and untoasted. A little disappointing for a $17 bagel but otherwise pretty good. The cream cheese is more cheesy than creamy which is interesting.

Bagels were of the freshest I’ve ever had! Very delicious. Ingredients were fresh too, and solid sandwich crafting! Nice spot to sit too. I really enjoyed the “Classic 2.0”
