Subway - BRISTOW

Avoid this subway? the lady behind the counter was wearing AirPods?. The other lady decided to stop halfway through making our sandwiches to full up her cup of water. I was a manager at subway for years, these two were the worst employees I?ve ever seen!

Had a great experience with the owner. The delivery company forgot my drinks, but couldn?t get anyone. I called the owner and she immediately took care of everything and very responsive and courteous.

This particular subway restaurant has a very slow moving line. I walked out, because they took the other patrons before me in line. They started my order and didn?t finish it and took the other patrons who were behind me in line ahead of me when I was first in line before finishing my order.

The employees, manager, and owner show little concern for customer service and food quality at this restaurant. On July 5, 2019, I waited in line for over 20 minutes with only three people ahead of me. The staff were slow and indifferent, providing sloppy and careless service. When I finally received my two meatball and cheese sandwiches with no toppings, the manager placed them in a bag and then inexplicably placed two 20-ounce soda bottles on top of the sandwiches.

I went to this restaurant looking to order a salad, but the two girls working there had trouble speaking English and ended up giving me a small bowl instead. They also struggled to chop up the meats with their dull knives. The quality of the meats, cheeses, and produce was disappointing. I do not recommend this restaurant. Instead, I suggest going to nearby Jersey Mike's for better quality and service.
