Pizza House - Bristol

I was a more common customer, although my order is always too late. eating is really good and close. the manager of the restaurant was so rude for me that I canceled the order. he was arguing and pretending it was good. I will not go back there. expect them to wait 10-15 minutes after they are told the time it will be ready. I don't see this business lasting much longer.

Seriously I am usually a supporter of small businesses but do NOT support this one!! The manager is so rude and absolutely awful for customer service. After I ordered my pizza and waited 45 min for it to be delivered I got the wrong pizza and called them back to tell them and the manager literally yelled at me and told me I was wrong. I know what I ordered I asked for a new pizza and he refused. Absolutely awful customer service I’m completely in shock and awe that this business is still functioning.

All I have to say is if you are looking for a diner restaurant that cooks, serves a great portion of food, and the prices are reasonable. Pizza House is the place to go. I highly recommend their buffalo wings whether mild or hot. If you don't believe me check them out for yourself. You will never regret it. Keep up the excellent cooking Pizza House. You guys rock.

Just moved to Plainville and this is my favorite pizza place ever now!! I am obsessed with the spinach pie and the eggplant parmesan dinner and penne ala vodka!! Thank you so much for existing!! <3

Good slice. Not greasy and nice crunchy crust. I caught a glimpse of work area, very clean/organized. Bathroom was clean too. Service given was very kind. I don't have an explanation for the bad service reviews. I'm glad I stopped by.
