Monterrey Mexican - Bristol

I don’t know what happened maybe off day but not good experience. Placed our order after waiting for some time which is no big deal but at least 10 to 15 minutes later we were told what we ordered wasn’t available. We then reordered a meal to share which was pretty good. The three tacos we ordered for kids were gross. I don’t know when tacos started being served with cold not melted cheese on top but that’s definitely not the way is was before. Also the meat was like sour tasting like it was bad or was cooked differently. Also extra charging for using a debit card and not posting it anywhere is just nuts. You charged an extra 4.00 dollars for using a card. I’ve had a business and I do kmow how credit card machines charge a company and you’re way off. We for sure will not be back to this place again. Also another quick tip when you bring out the food for adults and then wait an additional ten minutes to bring out three tacos that’s just horrible.

Ordered takeout and the food looked extremely unappetizing the food didn’t taste bad but I ended up only taking a few bites and threw it away will never be ordering from here

Great local restaurant. Outstanding food, wonderful service, fair prices and an excellent Margarita! We 've been on several occasions and will continue to enjoy their fare. When I call to make a reservation and let them know that there will be a wheelchair involved this restaurant could not be more accommodating. They help with the door and have a very accessible table well prepared. This is absolutely one of our favorite places to enjoy a meal if not our favorite. To the good people of Monterey I can only say, Gracias !Wheelchair accessibility: It 's very accessible and if you forewarn them that a wheelchair will be in use they go out of their way to accommodate you.

We got food to go. Because of a large catering order ahead of us, our promised pickup time was a 20 minute wait after arriving. Only one person was available to wait tables, handle the bar and and counter.The food was good, but lacked the traditional Mexican seasonings of other restaurants.Vegetarian options: The menu mentions veggies being available, but the online order form shows no veggie option. We ended up calling the restaurant to get the veggies
