Grill'd - Chermside - Brisbane

Grill'd is always good. But Newmarket Grill'd is my go to. Today I ordered a burger and salad online. I requested no onions on both which didn't happen, paid extra for an egg on the salad which didn't happen, and the burger didn't have two of the ingredients that were originally on it. It's not hard guys, with online orders I would expect better. Back to another location for me.

Great service and great food! Will be returning! Grill'd seems to never disappoint. Would definitely recommend for everyone to try out these delicious burgers

I thought all Grill'd stores would offer the same high standard of customer service and food quality, however Chermside Grill'd was extremely disappointing not only were the staff quite rude but the food was below average. No sauce on burgers and running out of ingredients also the burger was cold by the time it arrived to me. These chips were soggy and not good like normal grilld chips. I was extremely disappointed.

Flaming Grilled eh? Burgers - and not just Aussie ones - don't get much better than this, as alongside In And Out (American based burger chain) this probably rates as the finest Burger experience I've ever had. One of the healthiest, also, with no artificial hormones, antibiotics and all fat trimmed. There's two bread options - traditional and another (no display label) but while a gluten free bun is available, there wasn't a whole meal option. The Simply Grill'd option sees yummy tomato relish, herb mayo, red onion, tomato and lettuce join an outstanding, flame grilled beef patty on a soft, sesame seeded roll. It's also worth adding for an extra dollar is a cheese slice. For something different, I tried some Zucchini fries, a daring idea that, if the batter had been a bit more interesting, would be amazing. The Sweet Chilli Mayo dip was super amazing, and reasonable value for 75 cents. Overall, the service experience was a little lacking, brilliantly served but (as is the 'to easy' culture that is 'to regular' in many places) I had to request a receipt. No knife was provided for the burger either, but plates were cleared beautifully quick. The Burger is a 5.0 experience, but the fries and service didn't go the extra mile to make this top marks.
