Grill'd - Brisbane

Tuesday 8th of September On arrival to this venue my partner and myself stood clueless as what to do for at least 3 minutes while the staff laughed together about what sounded like the night they’d spent drinking before hand. After arguing amongst ourselves whether to stay or not finally the antagonist of this review acknowledged that we were standing at the counter unattended right next to 2 uber workers also being ignored. Without apologies or a friendly smile we were asked simply “what do you want” by a man with extremely chapped and blistered lips (something i wouldn’t suggest be appetising at all). He then proceeded to be plain rude and obviously disinterested in serving us, even to the extent of asking us why we chose to come here instead of the other venues around. This gentleman solely ruined what could of been a fantastic lunch for us. The food was fantastic and the girls serving us apologised for his rudeness which made us feel better. I hope action is taken out as mr chapped lips needs an attitude adjustment especially in a serving position

The burgers are incredibly healthy, especially the vegetarian options. The staff is very helpful and the service is quite good.

I had a fantastic experience at this cafe in Brisbane. The staff were attentive and knew exactly when to serve us. They made my daughter's 18th birthday extra special by adding balloons and singing happy birthday as they brought out the cake I had arranged. The burgers were delicious and satisfying, and the crispy and tasty chips, especially the sweet potato ones, were a standout. This is definitely a must-visit restaurant in Brisbane.

You can't go wrong with a burger from any Grill'd restaurant in town. The quality is consistently good and the burgers are generously filled. I've never been able to finish the classic Queenslander burger without slicing it in two. They offer sides to complement the burgers, as well as a selection of beers, wines, and soft drinks. The prices for their premium burgers are fair considering the quantity and quality you receive. The restaurant has indoor seating and some outdoor seating on a covered patio. The staff is friendly and provides prompt service. Parking at the Rosalie location may be difficult due to the high demand from other eateries in the area, but there is an attendant regulating the parking. Alternatively, street parking is available, but Rosalie is a busy food precinct.

You know when you go to a cafe and time flies because you are so well looked after and drinks and all meals come out at the perfect time ! The staff are just so responsive, eager to please, have a beautiful smile and seem to enjoy their jobs so much. This is what happened for us at Grill'd Rosalie in Brisbane. I was so impressed that i had to write this review today. Its 11.10pm and i am still thinking about how special my 18 year old birthday girl felt today. It was perfect. Thanks to Ebony helping us as our waitress, and the Manageress were so cool. You have to visist when in Brisbane.
