Grape & Grain Bar - BRIGHT

Great restaurant! Very quaint and good vibe with very good quality food. The only glitch for me was that everything was fried, even though crisp to perfection.

Dined here for a Saturday night mid-winter. Clearly a favoured bar locally or with the young hipsters w young families. Ladies thoroughly enjoyed our spring rolls. Very tasty. Blokes reckoned burgers were particularly good. Bowl of chips was ok but bit ordinary. Beverages fine!

Since we're not drinkers, we ended up at this place almost accidentally, as it was so busy we'd nowhere else to go. And we were certainly glad we did. The food here is great, one of the most delicious burgers I've ever had in a non-burger-joint. They're sizable meals, we shared a chicken and beef burger between three.One of the best things here is the service. The owners were constantly around, chatting to people about wine and seemed to really love their business. The service was prompt and genuine. A really nice place to be.

You know your on a good thing when the locals are in for a meal! Hubby had the beef burger and was very happy I had the Haloumi and Chorizo and it was really good, also a delicious cocktail for dessert would highly recommend great food and lovely owners

We had a lovely dinner plus nice wines. The owners were friendly and accommodating. The menu was not too long which always means to me fresh local produce and it didn't disappoint. Would definitely return and can thoroughly recommend it. They do not take booking, it is only small so u need to be early to make sure of a table.
