I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dr Mauve Bar And Lounge in Bright, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Atmosphere was very chill. Food was innovative and different, all of them taste great and the wait time was reasonable. Only downside is the waitressing. We stood in the front door a while before getting attended and also waited a while to take our order. Waitress alone are all friendly but I think they might just be short of staff for a busy sat weekend night. Maybe owner can consider using the QR code so people can order their own food instead of waiting for someone to take their order. It would save a lot of unnecessary wait time, kitchen staff is bringing the food fairly quickly the ground staff seems to be the one struggling a little. All in all it’s a restaurant and I had a great meal so will definately be back : Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
