El Betos Co Mexican Food - Brigham City

I ordered two shredded beef enchiladas, but they were mostly filled with onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes, with very little meat. The beans and rice were tasty, and the breakfast burritos were fantastic for the price. I tried the mixed burrito, and it was delicious. Their hot sauce is great as well!

Always delicious and the staff is the best! They are so friendly and responsive if a mistake happens. Love their cheese quesadillas, carnitas Street tacos, and their California burrito! My husband loves their breakfast burrito and chimichanga! Lobby is closed but the wait times for us in the drive thru have never been excessively long. It's all about perspective! Don't forget your bag of peppers and carrots! Yum Completely forgot to take pictures before we ate but as you can see it was devoured!

I absolutely love this place! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the price increases over the past couple of years (the same style of burritos at Floribertos in Brigham can be $1 to $1.50 cheaper). However, they are quick to serve your food, and I am a huge fan of the shrimp burrito. Their horchata is also great if that’s your thing. I come here pretty regularly, and it’s definitely one of my favorite spots in the valley.

Good food for what you expect from a drive thru Mexican restaurant. Their Breakfast burritos are good, but don't have as much contents inside of them as compared to other Betos/Floribertos/etc. restaurants out there because of this, I usually ask for extra. Overall, great good and always consistent!

The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The food was served hot, and the portions were generous. There were also many great options to choose from on the menu.
