Arby's - Brigham City

Stopped by with my girls, the manager was awesome. The staff were all friendly and courteseous. Probably the best fast food experience I have had that I can remember.

Came back to try again after several months. Staff was fine, maybe a little bored looking, but it wasn't busy so I get it. Sandwich was fine. Au jus was a bit watered down, the curly fries were on the older side, but like I said, they weren't busy, so I got leftovers. The fountain soda machine had no ice and the soda was no cold either. I had to ask them for ice. Dining room was clean, which I do appreciate. I like that the A/C wasn't blowing on high, so I could enjoy my meal and not freeze to death.

Says open till 10 but closed at 7 ????You’d like me to call and see if you’re going to be open before visiting your place of business. Seems like sticking to your publicly posted hours of operation is the way to get and keep customers maybe I’m wrong though.

Robert is one of the worst managers of an Arby’s I have ever seen. He threatened to beat me up and is illegally tracking my number. Call them and put him in his place. Never have seen such a **** at an Arby’s in my life

Online order asked for no djion mustard on my sandwich and it came with a excessive amount.
