Tim Hortons - Brien

I finally got a chance to try Tim Horton's, a Canadian favorite that many expats in the US rave about. However, I was slightly disappointed as it reminded me of Panera Bread.

You know what you are getting with most Tim Hortons - Decent coffee and a reasonable assortment of snacks and food. This one is no exception. We all had good coffee and some snacks to keep us going. It was clean, polite staff and plenty of easily available parking.

This Tim Hortons restaurant met expectations with its cleanliness and prompt service. The only downside was the lack of friendly customer service, which resulted in a 4/5 rating. With multiple Tim Hortons locations offering the same menu items, the distinguishing factor often comes down to the service provided with a smile. Just as travelers appreciate friendly service at hotels, customers at home value the same level of hospitality.

The restaurant and restrooms are very clean, the service is good, and the employees are very attractive. I always enjoy my visits to this place!
