Campfire Grille - Bridgton

Had to wait about half hour. Saturday night, go figure. : Burgers were really good. But our waitress, Terry was a standout. Very nice. And for dessert, pudding shot. ?

I got the Drunken Dracula Halloween Special drink and it was really good. Our food was very yummy. Unfortunately we didn't have the best service. We asked to sit at the bar, the hostest checked and said the bar was full but we could sit at a high top which was fine but there was multiple spots open at the bar that got immediately sat after we sat at the high top. The waitresses at the bar were having fun with the other customers and we got stuck with one who clearly did not want to be working on Halloween. Once we got our food we didn't see her again until she brought our check. I would have ordered a second drink. The bar was decorated very nicely. I'm not sure who the bartender was dressed like Beetlejuice, but just hearing her from across the bar I know if we ever go back we hope to be served by her!

We bumbled in to another FABULOUS place. Because so many places had closed after Labor Day post COVID, eateries were miles apart. We had a short wait to get great bar seating. Servers were friendly attentive the food was delicious. Nice mix of locals travelers.

I came here for the first time since I was a child when it was under different owners. The old fashioned to start the night was perfectly blended and came out quick. You can?t go wrong with a single one of the appetizers nor the entrees. I generally don?t order steak at any restaurant but a friend of mine insisted that I try the steak tips. I can confidently say that this has been the only establishment I have ever been satisfied with after ordering steak tips rare. I was told the grill cook?s name was Jeremy and he knows what he?s doing for certain. New favorite place to stop in at whenever I?m in the Lake Region area! 10/10

I thought I knew what a good burger was?until we ate at Campfire Grille. We wanted macaroni and cheese so I searched near us and found this place. The service was excellent and super fast and the burgers were perfection! My husband got The Rangeley and I got The Highland Lake and oh my gosh were they delicious. We devoured them in minutes along with our sides of mac and cheese. 100% recommend and we will be going back this week for dinner!
