Dunkin' - Bridgton

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about Dunkin' Donuts products. They were familiar with the names of the donuts as well.

While the restaurant is generally good and predictable, I can only give them four stars. The coffee at Dunkin has not kept up with the times and my recent experience was disappointing. It's time for Dunkin to step up and improve their coffee quality.

The friendly staff at this restaurant really take the time to get to know their customers and their preferences. As a regular, having courteous servers is essential to me.

I try not to go to this one very often. The coffee tastes burnt most of the time, hot or iced. They rarely have a variety of donuts after 2pm. Most of the employees are friendly.

Ordering on Dunkin app is/should be easy,quick accurate. Until this visit/location. My only issue was 25 minutes for a couple drinks (made wrong) and a snack. I was only customer. Unfortunately seems like understaffing/hiring hell that businesses haveto endure these days is the culprit. Again, the 2 workers were great.
