Brewport Brewing Co - Bridgeport

Just ate here before the Santana concert. Ordered a Tree Hugger pizza asked the server if we could substitute the mushrooms as I am allergic. Server said sure no problem. When we got the bill was more than expected. When asked the server why she said when you change a special pizza she has to ring it up as all separate items which made the pizza much more expensive. While a expect to pay extra for the additional topping but this was a bit much. I told her that would have been nice to know before we placed our order. Oh sorry and she walked away. Spoke to the manger on the way out and he seem dumbfounded. Hopefully in the future that will be more transparent.

Had a meeting in town after dropping my son at the ferry. Never been here before but been by multiple times. Decided to try the pizza and it was pretty good, but not great. As it was lunch time I did not have a chance to sample the beer so I will have to return and try some along with other foods.

The pizza is amazing. The crust is thin, cooked to perfection. We had the mashed potato pizza that has bits of bacon and a regular cheese pizza. Delicious. The atmosphere is urban/industrial style to make it look like a brewery.

This was our first time here. Awesome delicious pizza! Great staff and service! We'll be back!
