Always out of ice in the afternoon. This is a daily occurrence. I don't know why they haven't resolved this issue. They should get an extra ice machine or improve your external supply. Baristas are good though, drinks are consistent. Place is always cold when the AC is working properly. No phone signal on inside, basically a dead zone. Don't go here if you need internet. Nov 2023: Small branch with limited seating area. I ordered Cafe Latte, it was good...same quality across all branches. Apr 2024: I've been to this branch a couple of times in the past few months. The baristas keep telling customers that they don't have ice, they only serve hot drinks. On a hot weather like this, management should be prepared with lots of tube ice on stock. This is unacceptable esp coming from a well known company that serves different kinds of beverage. I went to Dapitan and P. Noval branches, they all have tube ice except for this branch
