Zam's Peri Peri - Brent

I have been to several chicken shops and found that the staff are poorly trained and provide terrible customer service. They even frequently keep my change. The chicken is also greasy and unpleasant. Yuck!

I ordered a chicken burger as a meal and ordered a pizza after I've been to the pub. The food was not at all tasty and the place wasn't really clean either. I only realised the food hygiene of the place after I ordered the food which was 1/5. Good luck to me tomorrow morning because I know for a fact that I'm going to poo like a tap .

I have been a regular customer at Zams for the past year and have always enjoyed the taste of their food. However, I recently noticed how unhygienic the establishment is. Most of the staff do not wear gloves and I witnessed a man wiping his nose with his hand before handling food without washing them. Additionally, the staff have been extremely rude and unhelpful. There was a young manager who provided excellent customer service, but since he left, the quality of service has deteriorated. I have had unpleasant encounters and arguments with the current staff. I recommend that health authorities investigate the hygiene practices at Zams, as I suspect the coleslaw may be old and moldy.

Great food wraps kebabs ,coffee ,shakes all freshly made. Very good service too if only he took over the whole shop.

We were first served with fried chips that were stale and old, the chicken smelled and tasted off, overall it was a disgusting place to eat. I will be contacting environmental health to report them! It is unacceptable to serve food that is not fresh. Additionally, the manager was unresponsive when we tried to address the issue. Serving people food that is not fresh is unacceptable.
