Vista Haus - BRECKENRIDGE

I had lunch at this restaurant at the end of July, outside of ski season. I believe it can only be accessed via the chair lift that operates during the summer. The dining area boasts a fantastic view. It's a counter-service restaurant. I ordered the Brussels sprouts appetizer, which was delicious and came in a generous portion. However, they should trim the stems, as they were difficult to eat without a good knife. There weren't many other vegan options available. The prices were reasonable given the location.

The reservation process was smooth, and I really loved the chili—I'd absolutely order it again! The view is incredible! It is a bit expensive, but given that you’re on top of a mountain, it’s definitely worth it!
