Blue River Bistro - BRECKENRIDGE

BRB never disappoints. They remain in every area on site. It's my favorite restaurant in Breck for good reason. Get up!

Crispy salmon was delicious! Like the carrot cake. Great service, clean place.

Very nice. Service was spectacular. The escargot was delightful and the salmon was wonderful. The tomato basil soup and shrimp and sausage dish were good, but not as memorable.

Overall good experience. Initial frustration with drinks taking forever to arrive. Server made the excuse of the Happy Hour rush at the bar. So those folks got cheaper drinks and faster service?! Food tasted delicious, though, except for the rogue fiery hot pepper in my lentil entree. Creative dishes and decent portion sizes.

Great food, vide, friendly staff . Alicia is a great Hostess and went over and above to help us have an enjoyable evening!
