Traverse Restaurant Bar - BRECKENRIDGE

In a recent stay at the Lodge we decided to have dinner at Traverse and we were blown away. One of the specials that evening was authentic German pork schnitzel and it may have well been one of the best meals I've had in years. Every bite was a delight and the whole plate was perfectly combined. It was so memorable that we had to return the next night and have it again. The staff was attentive and personable and the house cocktails helped cap off a perfect dinner. Finally, if you get there before dark, you will be treated to some of the best dining views in town!

We had a fantastic evening and dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Elk Tenderloin (as seen in the photo) along with other amazing dishes. Our servers were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience special. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and had received a recommendation for Traverse. We truly appreciated everyone we encountered that night; they all contributed to making it an unforgettable evening.

The food was delightful and the staff were welcoming! The views, both indoors and outdoors, are breathtaking. The charcuterie board served as a wonderful appetizer, and the large house salad topped with salmon was exceptional.

Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. The elk was incredibly tender, and the Brussels sprouts were quite unique. The view there is unbeatable!
