Sauce On The Maggie - BRECKENRIDGE

This restaurant is fantastic! We held our rehearsal dinner here, and they were incredibly accommodating, especially during Covid. Since then, we’ve come back every Christmas, and we’ve never had a bad experience. The food is excellent, and the staff is amazing! This past Christmas, our server Kat was the best—she was so fun and kind! We truly love this place! They put in so much effort, even on holidays when most other places are closed!

Perfect evening! We had Jack and he and was exceptional and welcoming. Had the mussels and they were delicious!! Pesto sauce was amazing and I nearly ate it with a spoon. Our two kiddos loved their food..chicken parmigiana and buttered noodles and my husband and I shared chicken parm for two and the chopped salad. Everything was perfect. Perfect space and ambience too!

The food was incredible! My husband and I shared the larger portion of the fettuccine, and somehow we managed to finish it, even though it could easily serve three adults. The meatball appetizer was delicious too. We'll definitely be coming back!

Big portions of food. Great service, especially for only 1 waiter bartender during dinner. Nice ambience with outdoor seating available with a view of Maggie Pond. Food was salty, the pescatarian and trout dishes, even the appetizer of brussel sprouts. Ruined my wife's 1st time trying rainbow trout Food presentation could also do better.

The first time I visited this restaurant, it was truly exceptional! I brought my family along, and we had a wonderful experience. However, I've been back three times since and unfortunately, those visits weren't as great. On two occasions, we encountered long waits despite having made reservations. Once, the host even mentioned that the servers would be upset if she seated us, despite it being an hour before closing time. During my last visit, the pasta I ordered was mostly just a cream sauce and didn't feel very substantial for the price. That said, the staff has always been incredibly friendly, including the chefs. So I would give a 5 out of 5 for the friendliness of the staff.
