Jailhouse Pizza - Brandenburg

Good food, but the place is always so busy that the kitchen has a hard time keeping up. Waited close to 45 minutes for a pizza and a meatball sandwich. But it tasted great!

Pizza and atmosphere are good, service is terrible. It 's about time for mommy and daddy to come home, 25 year olds don 't need to be running everything. Been here twice and both times at least something was forgotten . This is essentially the point of writing things down.

First time in this pizzeria, nice facilities since its attraction is that it is inside what was a prison. I give it three stars because we arrived at 8 at night and the place closed at 9, we placed the order and they took it but within minutes they were already clearing tables and sweeping, I understand that they have their work day and want to rest but why? sweeping over the customers who are still eating, the truth is that I find that super uncomfortable and in bad taste because it is as if they were harassing you to eat quickly so that they would leave, I felt super uncomfortable and it doesn't look good at all that Start cleaning the place over the customers, otherwise the food was good, I would surely return but at a different time.

It was busy on a Friday evening, but the service was excellent and quick! We had a phenomenal waitress, and she was on top of everything! We love making the trip to Brandenburg to visit Jailhouse! It's a great river view!

Good pizza as long as you have them leave it in a few extra minutes or the dough will not be cooked all the way.Now let's talk service! Waited 2 hours for 3 pizza's. Other people that came in after us, ordered food, got pizza, and left. The sad thing is our waitress NEVER ONCE let us know why we waited 2 hours or that the kitchen was backed up. We had to ask for refill's for our drinks and even had to go get it ourselves a few times, BUT she sure kept the beer coming. One after another. (And didn't keep track of who drank what or how many).The check.... so she range everyone's order up on the same ticket, therfore we had to dictate who got what at the end when we paid. We requested a discount and was told NO!Order your pizza ahead if you plan on going when ordering more than one pizza!
