The food was decent but not exceptional, earning a score of 3 out of 5. It met my expectations but didn't quite leave a lasting impression. On the positive side, the service was outstanding. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable, which is why I rated it a solid 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was another highlight. The ambiance was warm and inviting, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. I would also give it a 5 out of 5. Overall, while the food could use some enhancement, the excellent service and inviting atmosphere make this place worth a visit.

The service was impolite, and I discovered a hair in my biscuits and gravy. Additionally, when we received the takeout bag, gravy was leaking everywhere. When I called to address the issue, they responded rudely, saying, "Okay? But you got your food?" and then abruptly hung up. I work in fast food myself, so I know that mistakes can happen. However, I also believe in maintaining mutual respect for customers. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
