Zaika Indian Grill - Branchburg

I ordered take out many times and the taste was always delicious. The portion sizes are generous and they wrap the take out containers in plastic to prevent spill. I recommend!

This is not your typical dine in restaurant but a takeaway place, located of Rt 202 in a strip mall. I must say I was mesmerized after having their Kachhi mutton biryani, which was made in Bangladeshi style with Kalijeera rice (a variety of rice predominatingly found in West Bengal and Bangladesh). The meat was succulent was the number of pieces were generous. If you crave for authentic Kachhi biryani, this is the place to be.

Their food truck came to my neighborhood. Food tasted alright but sauce was very watery. Staff in truck was fairly rude, one snapped at me for thinking he was handing me my order when it was someone’s else’s. When you’ve already given me most of my order and then tell me the rest is coming right up, don’t get mad at me when I think the next item is mine.

I must say the food was absolutely phenomenal! Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, meticulously prepared and bursting with exquisite flavors. From the first bite to the last, I was continuously impressed by the quality and creativity of the cuisine.

If you want convenience and a good variety of Northern Indian cuisines, this is a great spot. We've gotten so many dishes there in such a short time, I was just able to capture these two delicious items! I'd also add their Kati rolls are excellent as well!
