We ordered a medium hot latte and a cinnamon roll to share. Both the drink and the food were decent and reasonably priced. We recommend downloading their app and signing up for their rewards program.
I occasionally travel from New York to Pennsylvania, and I always make it a point to stop for a breakfast sandwich at this specific McDonald's. The sandwiches are consistently fresh and generously filled, unlike some places where they seem squished. If you're in the area, be sure to check it out!
