Mcdonald's - Branchburg Township

Nobody seemed to want to take my order so it looked like they avoided the register for a while everyone started ordering on the pads.

Came in here waiting for a pickup order, and witnessed something unacceptable . A customer came in after me, and approached the register to place an order. The manager, very rudely, yelled at the customer to go to the kiosk. The customer explained that they cannot, because they cannot read. The manager said, “well that’s too bad, I’m busy and you have to wait”. What kind of customer service is that? I’ll take my business somewhere else, and you should consider doing the same.

Place has changed over the years, I usually would go for breakfast. I'd say they have improved the wait times and its a quiet clean place to eat.

Rude Hispanic blonde haired short manager is both unwelcoming and stingy. She’s on her phone 24/7 and hates to get off it. She’d rather talk with the employees than help a customer. If you don’t want to be nice to people don’t work with them. She should be fired immediately.

Branchburg location is one of the BEST McDonalds I've ever had!! Food is always HOT and FRESH!!
