The staff is very rude, they ignore you when you say something or ask you act very busy when nobody is in the restaurant

The ambience is very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly and very friendly! It is all you can eat(AYCE) Japanese restaurant in Bramalea city centre. They order food on their tablet that also has a picture of any dish. Has a wide range of...extinguishing sushi and sashimi (roughfish) and some excellent fusion dishes such as the shrimp tacos. The food is supplied by robot dishes. Very high.

I took my daughter to this restaurant for brunch before shopping on weekends and we both enjoyed the beautiful ambiance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, answering our questions promptly. The food was incredibly delicious and made with fresh ingredients. We enjoyed our experience so much that we plan on returning for lunch again this weekend!

I had a very disappointing experience on August 8th at this restaurant. I went with a friend and we waited a long time for our food to arrive. The prices were very high and the service was very poor. I ordered several items that never arrived, and when I inquired about them, I was told they would be coming soon. When my food finally did arrive, I was shocked by the small portion size for the high price of $100. While the concept of the restaurant is good, they need to improve their speed and efficiency in serving customers. Paying $100 for such a small amount of food is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant, at least until they make some significant changes.

Before the pandemic, this restaurant was a great place to dine in, except for the fact that their tablets always had technical issues. Yesterday, I placed an order for pickup and requested extra shrimp on my rice. Unfortunately, the shrimp was not edible as half of them still had the shell on. This was disappointing and not safe to feed to children.
