The Castle Inn - Bramber

Just had lunch at this lovely place and the food was amazing. I couldn't believe it wasn't busy.

I stopped by for a relaxing evening with a friend. The lounge area was warm and peaceful. The Old Ale was perfect. I would rate the rooms a 3, service a 5, and the location a 5.

We had a wonderful Christmas dinner at this restaurant with excellent food options. We plan to return in the summer to dine in the beautiful garden. The food and drinks were delicious, with a great menu selection and a lovely outdoor dining area. The service was top-notch and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Only came for a couple of pints. This may skew my opinion as I have heard the rooms and food are lovely. The exterior is beautiful and it is at an excellent location. The inside feels a lot like a restaurant as opposed to a pub/bar. Little bit soulless but clean and tidy. The beer selection is ok. They have the normal range of larger and cider with some good local ales (Harvey's best and Harvey's forward choice). They also serve Guinness and a wheat beer (blue moon). Coffee is served too. The two pints I had seemed well kept. Expensive (upwards of 6 quid for both pints). The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were also lovely. Would not be first choice for a couple of pints but will come back for food. Pub number 2.
