Really nice bartender. She knew all about the beers, local and national, the whiskeys and was also a mixologist. Had an awesome time connecting with the locals. Good conversations and great travel advice. It was a great experience.

Almost brilliant! A really good food and drink offering with a great vibe. In our 4 meals this week just one member of staff and the desserts were a bit rubbish.

As passing tourists we arrived 5 minutes before the kitchen closed and the staff were happy to accommodate us for a bit of lunch. We ordered the fish goujons and a side of chips it was amazing, the goujons were more like the size of a small house brick and the chips were proper home made chunky chips. Thank you

Had really hearty and tasty haggis, neeps and tatties (which fuelled a 2hr walk after) and there's a great selection of Scottish IPAs. The staff's incredibly friendly and very happy to offer hiking and walking tips! And the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming.
