Contribuiți la feedbackWe stopped here on the way to the airport to enjoy a last family dinner together before my father drove out of town for a few months. The doors were open, so we ordered ourselves at the counter and waited in a stand until our food came. Shortly after dinner a young boy came out from behind and said it was only excluded, we had to go and take our food. We mentioned there were no signs or indicators that the dining room was closed. The boy was annoyed and went back behind the counter. Then we heard some of the employees complain about us. Again, there were no signs in the restaurant or at the door. No one informed us until we approached during a family meal and said we couldn't eat inside. Not only this rudeness, it was extremely unprofessional. Not every customer going through the door should be expected to be automatically informed about business policy. It would have been useful for management to set a sign to inform customers before a new policy would be advanced. I highly recommend setting a more efficient management team and training staff to customer service capabilities. To give customers such an experience is bad for the business, and on the basis of the reviews I am not the only one who did not want to come back.
Heard the lobby was open, so went in, but right after a rude employee came out of the bathroom to tell me that it was closed when I left, she went back to the bathroom, it was 7:30 a.m. on a sunny day, will not be back at night or maybe even at all
Our children wanted to freeze a Baja case. My husband clearly ordered it and when he told us the woman who worked the drive, said two Baja radiation? he answered correctly. When we approached the window, the woman continued to give us two sodas. My husband, politely said, I'm sorry we asked for the frost? Then she followed with an eye role and pushed the soda back before she entered the kitchen and clapped loudly over us, then she comes into the window and talks rudely with him as if he were slow to understand? I read it back to you and you said it was right that you are? She screams again in the kitchen before she returns to the window and tells us? That's what you get if you want you to go back? Personally, I've never been treated worse. I called back to ask for her name, and the man who answered said if I want me to look at the reception. We were never given good enough. We were at this point and about 4:15 pm 11/29/2020 This must be addressed.

I ordered a Mexican pizza today and ask for extra mild sauce with it. I received four in total and request for more they gave me three more and I heard behind the poor cashier another employee yelling at her , that they can?t give that much out. I call to complain about the mild sauce, The manager stated they are under new management and they are only allowed 1 sauce per item. I will never go back, I?ll drive the extra mile to the one on Cortez.
