Starbucks - Bradenton

This is the most friendly Starbucks we’ve been to and we’ve been to a few both in and out of the US. Thank you Kris (Anita) for the great service!

I love my friends at this starbucks. My bf and I come here everyday to share a shaken espresso and they always have the best recommendations for us when new syrups/cold foams come in, know me by name, and are all just bundles of sunshine. Special mentions: Aliza, Lucy, Raelynn, Jenn, and Emma. Thank y’all for making my day every morning. Much love

Manager told me I would need to drive around again to pick up my mobile order. I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks. I asked for a refund and the manager was rude and told me she couldn’t give refunds on app orders which is a complete lie. Go to the other locations this one is horrible and manager is rude.

I visited the restaurant on the first day of the holiday drink menu release and was extremely impressed by the service I received. I even left for work 30 minutes early anticipating a busy crowd, but they managed the chaos perfectly. I ordered a caramel brulee and oatmeal, both of which were ready on time for pickup. Although they forgot my oatmeal toppings, a staff member quickly rectified the mistake when she saw me returning. Thank you 75th Street Starbucks for the great experience! <3
